The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding (FFEU) was founded in 1989 by Rabbi Marc Schneier and the late Joseph Papp. FFEU is committed to the belief that direct, face-to-face dialogue between leaders of ethnic communities is the most effective path toward the reduction of bigotry and the promotion of reconciliation and understanding.
NATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR COMMUNITY AND JUSTICE OF METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS

NCCJSTL promotes understanding and respect among all races, religions and cultures through advocacy, conflict resolution, and education.
STUDENT-TO-STUDENT
Student-to-Student (STS), is a program striving to reduce stereotypes and prejudice in the students it reaches. Initially funded in 1992 by a planning grant of the Jewish Federation, Student-to-Student has reached thousands of students in area schools that lack a Jewish presence. Young people who have had this experience can now put a “human face” to Judaism—the best antidote to bigotr y and intolerance.

Cultural Leadership exists to create a more just and equitable community by educating high school students to recognize and resolve issues of privilege and injustice through the lens of the African American and Jewish experience. Our students develop leadership skills, build relationships, facilitate dialogues and create change in their circles of influence. |
