Cultural Leadership begins by tackling the central issues of racism, anti-Semitism, and all the -isms that divide us in St. Louis and the wider community. Through confronting these problems, students acquire skills required for making any change in any area of society.

We invite you to explore our website and learn more about this amazing program that is effecting real change among

"Words cannot begin to express my gratitude at having been given the opportunity to see the world differently and want to make a positive change in it. It's become my passion… Cultural Leadership showed me the need for change agents and the skills to be one - and now I really am going to take what I learned and implement it in the real world - just like that massive mission statement of ours says."
- Ron Bronstein, Class 1

Cultural Leadership exists to create a more just and equitable community by educating high school students to recognize and resolve issues of privilege and injustice through the lens of the African American and Jewish experience.
Our students develop leadership skills, build relationships, facilitate dialogues and create change in their circles of influence.
